Payment Processor Fees
Payment processor fees are charged separately by the selected provider.
Typical range: 1–2%
Current supported providers include:

Integration with your preferred payment provider is also possible.
Custom Integrations & Advanced Workflows
Some events require integrations with invoicing, accounting or external business systems.
For these cases, we offer one-time custom implementation pricing.
Examples include:
- invoicing system integrations
- ERP and accounting workflows
- refund automation
- credit note workflows
- API-based integrations
- external system sync
Final pricing depends on technical complexity and scope.
What Is Not Included
The following are quoted separately when needed:
- custom feature development
- third-party provider fees
- one-time custom integrations
- highly specific workflow automation
Payment Schedule
Our service fee is typically invoiced in two phases:
- 15 days before the event
- 15 days after the event, once final reconciliation is completed
This ensures flexibility and transparency for organizers.
