Konfica Platform Fee

  • Paid Events

    3% of net ticket revenue

    This includes:

    • initial platform setup
    • email and domain configuration
    • access to all existing features (web & mobile application)
    • registration and participant management - web application
    • QR check-in - mobile application
    • basic visual and brand customization
    • onboarding support
    • standard support during setup and event preparation
    • ongoing improvements of general platform features
  • Non-paid / Free Events

    Custom pricing

    Ideal for:

    • internal corporate events
    • employee workshops
    • nonprofit events
    • invite-only events
    • free community gatherings

  • Payment Processor Fees

    Payment processor fees are charged separately by the selected provider.

    Typical range: 1–2%

    Current supported providers include:

    • Stripe
    • Corvus
    • PayWay
    • Monri

    Integration with your preferred payment provider is also possible.

  • Custom Integrations & Advanced Workflows

    Some events require integrations with invoicing, accounting or external business systems.

    For these cases, we offer one-time custom implementation pricing.

    Final pricing depends on technical complexity and scope.

  • What Is Not Included

    The following are quoted separately when needed:

  • Payment Schedule

    Our service fee is typically invoiced in two phases:

    • 15 days before the event
    • 15 days after the event, once final reconciliation is completed

    This ensures flexibility and transparency for organizers.
